NetWork Kansas is proud to partner with wKREDA Ice House Facilitators to provide an all virtual Ice House class open to the entire state with preference given to residents of the wKREDA region (Western Kansas).

The "Think Like an Entrepreneur with New Problem Solving Skills" class will benefit those who are considering an entrepreneurial endeavor, those who would like to expand on their entrepreneurial and problem solving skills as well as students who are growing and diversifying their entrepreneurial abilities.

This 8 week course will be held via zoom each Wednesday evening starting at 6:00pm and concluding at 7:30pm. The elite facilitators include Christy Hopkins of Greeley Co, Deb Ohlde of New Heartland Freelance in Clyde, Eli Svaty of Liberal, and Lea Ann Seiler of Hodgeman Co.

This course will be sponsored by NetWork Kansas to offer it at a discounted rate of $100 for adults and $50 for students. The class will be limited to the first 25 who register. Registration deadline is March

Apple Butter
I had a 5lb bag of apples and had just used up the last of my last batch of apple butter a week or two ago, so I found this recipe. Here is the address of the original recipe:

My only note on this recipe is a mistake I made. I was using more than the recommended amount of apples, and the 1/2 teaspoon of allspice, and 1/2 teaspoon of cloves didn't sound like very much, so I doubled the amounts on those 2 spices, which I think was too much.
