Do you accept advertising?

Yes we do! If you want to advertise your business, organization, or event, we have a variety of different advertising packages for you. Prices vary depending on where you want to have your advertising displayed on the site, and what time duration you want it displayed.

Simply register on the site through the 'sign in' button above, and you will find information about display locations, pricing, and specifics about image formats and external address linking, in your 'my account' page.

You can also email me @ admin@mylocal.life, or call 785-342-8765 if you want to work with me getting your advertisement up and running.

I want to send some text/media/information from the My Local Life website to another media outlet to be republished or used as information in another article, is this allowed?

Yes it is allowed as long as the My Local Life website and the origin webpage are cited as the source of that text/media/information in the resulting article or publication.

How do I submit my article to the My Local Life website?

If you have words/pictures/pdfs/videos you want to share with the world, I have tried to make it easy for you to do so.

Register on the My Local Life website through the 'Sign In' button above.

Then through your 'My Account' link in the menu, you will find a link to 'My Articles' and a then a link to 'Upload a new article'. Click it and you will be given a form which have spaces for your article category, title, text, pictures, pdfs, and video. Fill in whatever text and media you have available for your article, then read the terms at the bottom of the page, check the 'Check this box if you agree to these conditions?' box, and lastly click 'Save Changes'

Your article has been submitted to the site for admin approval. Your article can be viewed by going back to your 'My Articles' page, and can be edited if needed using the 'edit this article' link. Once the article is approved by an admin, it will be available on the My Local Life website, and can then be shared on social media if desired.
