Original recipe came from:
http://allrecipes.com/recipe/234172/chocolate-chip-banana-cookies/print/?recipeType=Recipe&servings=36

The only changes I made were, I used triticale flour, I used a mix of nuts (almonds, pecans, brazil nuts, and hazel nuts, and I only used about 6oz of mini chocolate chips.

Also, the cook time was more like 10 - 12 mins, but that may be due to the altitude.

Apple Butter

http://www.simplyrecipes.com/recipes/apple_butter

My only note on this recipe is a mistake I made. I was using more than the recommended amount of apples, and the 1/2 teaspoon of allspice, and 1/2 teaspoon of cloves didn't sound like very much, so I doubled the amounts on those 2 spices, which I think was too much.
