Simple Financials and Inventory

One of the most necessary and most tedious aspects of any business is the accounting. If you don’t have an in house system, it could also be expensive. I would like to introduce you to a simple and comprehensive system that allows entry, analysis and financial reports based on your needs. Simple Financials and Inventory.
Your accounting Package

The Page options are Home, Inv, Recipes, Buy, Sell, Reports, Contacts Settings, Help, Feedback, Log out.

It is especially useful for enterprises involving production and inventory tracking. It keeps track of inventory, recipes and production, transferring inventory from ingredients to finished product automatically. Inventory can be listed in Categories and Sub-Categories. A printable inventory list makes physical inventory and adjustments fast and easy.

It tracks purchases and sales, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables. Produces printable statements for your receivables.

There is a Daily Report for depositing income and Journals for up to 10 Bank accounts. Also a General Journal for all other entries.

You are able to create the Ledger accounts according to the needs of your enterprise. And print a Balance Sheet and Income Statement.

There are Help buttons on each page and sub-page if you need some guidance.

When you move from one fiscal year to the next the ledgers continue. A banner will show at the top letting you know you need to close the prior year. When you are sure the prior year is complete and you want to archive it (after the CPA and or the boss and or the partners say it is ok) just go to the Settings page and click the Close Prior Year button. It will move the Net Profit to the Retained Earning account, zero out all Income Statement accounts and move the Balance Sheet end of the year balances to the beginning of the current year. It will also provide you with a downloadable spreadsheet of all ledger entries so you have a copy of the years activity on your computer. You can download your activity at any time but it is automatically done when you close a year. You will not be able to enter activity with a closed year date.
Neat and Complete Balance Sheet Design

This system is created by Jason Padgett of St. Francis, KS. Jason has produced many web-pages used extensively in the area. To ease the financial burden the current times have created he is offering this extensive package for donation. You can pay as much as you can and as much as you appreciate the time and effort creating it. If you are interested please send an email to: admin@simplefinancialsandinventory.com.

New playground equipment at the Grade School
We as adults don't have the capability to truly judge the quality of a new, and visually impressive, piece of playground equipment. So, My Local Life recruited the help of two local experts in the fields of testing and evaluating the overall quality of 'fun stuff'.

Mahra and Mika take us through this new playground and let us know if the fun level was worth the effort, or if the school and the community just wasted their time and money.

Amendments to the Kansas amusement ride act which could affect carnival rides at the fair.
House Bill 2389 is scheduled to be heard, I think on Thursday and Friday in Topeka. This may or may not affect the carnival rides at the fair, but looks like it may. I would suggest people contact Representative Adam Smith and maybe e-mail any concerns, so this doesn't have a negative affect on the community.

Classic Rose and The Rustic Garden, ribbon cutting ceremony
The Classic Rose and The Rustic Garden had it's official ribbon cutting ceremony this morning to celebrate a new owner and renovation. The members of the Cheyenne County Development Corp. were on hand to perform the ribbon cutting and highlight the addition of an important, new business in our community. Plus, they brought cake :)
